Privacy Policy

Ledger Elite ("we", "us") provides financial workflow software for real estate professionals. You can reach us about anything in this policy at ledgerelite15@gmail.com.

• Demo and Enterprise requests: your name, business email, company, business type, area of interest, your message and, if you arrived through a partner link, its referral code.
• Demo bookings: when you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter there (such as name, email and chosen time) and sends us the booking.
• Subscriptions: payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your email, plan, subscription status and Stripe customer reference. We never see or store your full card number.
• Access records: for invited testers and subscribers we keep the email, name and access group needed to grant access. Device restore codes are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form.
• Consent records: your acceptance of the liability disclaimer and privacy shield, with its version and time.
• Session cookie: an encrypted cookie that remembers your access and consent for up to 90 days.
• Partner referrals: if you arrive through a partner link, our referral partner Affitor sets a cookie that records the click so the partner can be credited if you subscribe.

Figures you type into the calculators are kept in your browser, not on our servers. The Ephemeral Privacy Shield clears them automatically 7 minutes after your first input, or sooner when you start a new session. We cannot recover cleared calculator data.

• To reply to your requests and arrange demonstrations.
• To provide, secure and restore your access, and to confirm your subscription with Stripe.
• To credit referral partners for subscriptions they introduced.
• To prevent fraud and abuse, including blocking accounts that misuse the service.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your calculator inputs to train AI models.

We share information only with service providers that help us run Ledger Elite, and only as needed for their role:

• Stripe — payments and subscriptions.
• Calendly — demo scheduling.
• Affitor — partner referral tracking.
• Our hosting and database providers — running the website and storing the records above.

Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

We keep requests and access records only as long as needed for the purposes above, and payment-related records as long as tax and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Depending on where you live (including the EU, the UK and several US states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Email us to make a request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use encrypted connections, encrypted session cookies, hashed restore codes and restricted database access. No system is perfectly secure, so please contact us straight away if you suspect a problem.

Ledger Elite is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will let subscribers know.
