Terms of Service
Last updated November 2, 2026
Please read these terms carefully. They explain what you can expect from Ledger Elite and what we expect from you.
1. Agreement
By using Ledger Elite ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you use it for a company, you confirm you may accept them on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What Ledger Elite is — and is not
Ledger Elite provides calculators, estimates and workflow tools for real estate professionals, including ROI scenarios, location-specific tax estimates, transaction checklists and lead sorting.
Ledger Elite does not give certified financial, tax or legal advice. Every output is an estimate based on the figures you enter and the rates built into each market. You must have results reviewed by a licensed professional (such as an accountant or attorney) before acting on them.
3. Access
Some access is granted by invitation, beta key or subscription. Keys, restore codes and access links are personal: do not share them. We may suspend or remove access that is shared, misused or obtained dishonestly.
4. Subscriptions, free trial and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown when you check out.
- New subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial managed by Stripe. Your card is first charged on day 15, then on the same date each month.
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid.
- For billing questions or refund requests, email ledgerelite15@gmail.com.
- Enterprise seat plans are agreed separately in writing.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or help anyone else do so using the service;
- enter information you have no right to use, including clients' personal data without a lawful basis;
- try to get around access controls, payments or the privacy shield;
- copy, resell or rebuild the service without our written permission;
- disrupt, overload or probe the service for weaknesses.
6. Your data
You keep ownership of the information you enter. Calculator inputs are cleared automatically by the Ephemeral Privacy Shield, so keep your own copies of anything you need. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why.
7. Our property
The service, its software, design and the Ledger Elite name belong to us. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your access is active, and nothing more.
8. Third-party services
Payments (Stripe), scheduling (Calendly) and referral tracking (Affitor) are provided by other companies under their own terms. We are not responsible for their services.
9. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that its estimates, rates or deadlines are complete, current or correct for your situation.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost deals or decisions made using the service's outputs. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Ending access
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or to protect the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability limits) continue after access ends.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and tell subscribers about significant changes. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
